ABSTRACT
Institutions should evaluate wage and wage systems in well-designed strategies, and should plan their details. Institutions have various expectations from wage and rewarding strategies. The first of them is to draw a person having required qualities to a firm and to keep him there. The second expectation is that wage strategy should have a structure which administrates and keeps it under control. Another expectation cab be motivation factor which enables employees to show better performance. Nowadays, the issue of wage cause a lot of academic studies and discussions in many developed countries.
